Job Title: Computer & Information Systems - AI Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer and Information Systems professional to contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems. In this fully remote role, your core responsibility will be to leverage your domain expertise to train and fine-tune AI models. Your knowledge will help improve model performance, accuracy, and contextual understanding across a wide range of computer systems operations and technical scenarios.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your technical expertise to create, review, and refine data that helps train AI systems in tasks related to computer and information systems management.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and realism in technical and operational contexts.
  • Provide expert-level input on system design, project coordination, technical troubleshooting, and workflow optimization—solely to improve AI model behavior and understanding.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams by offering detailed, structured feedback on model performance related to technical decision-making, process implementation, and strategic systems operations.
  • Ensure that AI models can simulate realistic scenarios related to systems analysis, team collaboration, and IT project execution.
  • Stay current on technology trends, tools, and methodologies, and use this knowledge to support high-quality AI training data creation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in computer and information systems operations, including project planning, troubleshooting, and systems analysis.
  • Strong understanding of workflow optimization, department coordination, and the roles of systems analysts, programmers, and IT professionals.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical processes and standards through written instructions, data annotations, and scenario modeling.
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to deliver structured, concise, and context-rich feedback on technical outputs.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, iterative research environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to abstract real-world expertise into clear, scalable training data for AI systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an AI trainer or in a similar technical leadership role.
  • Certifications in project management, IT, or AI-related fields.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and strategic computing solutions.
