Job Title: Office Operations & Logistics Manager

Location: Remote (Onsite as Needed) in San Francisco
The Role
We’re looking for a highly execution-focused Office Operations & Logistics Manager to run the physical layer of our workplace. This role sits at the intersection of facilities, IT, and vendor systems—ensuring our environments are reliable, secure, and optimized for high-performance teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own office infrastructure: Oversee facilities, logistics, and vendor ecosystems to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
- Operate the physical + IT stack: Coordinate setup and maintenance of onsite networks, hardware, and AV systems.
- Vendor systems management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance), holding them to high performance standards.
- Security & access control: Manage badge systems, access protocols, and onsite security workflows for staff and visitors.
- Enable hybrid collaboration: Ensure conference rooms and AV systems support seamless in-person and remote interactions.
- Logistics & supply chain: Handle deliveries, mail, and inventory systems with proactive planning and minimal friction.
- Operational resilience: Support incident response and emergency preparedness to maintain business continuity.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in office operations, facilities, or logistics management.
- Strong written and verbal communication—clear, concise, and operationally precise.
- Technical fluency: comfortable coordinating IT/network setup and troubleshooting basic issues.
- A proactive operator who identifies gaps and resolves them before they escalate.
- High organizational rigor with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
- Experience with security/access systems and hybrid workplace environments.
- Willingness to be onsite when needed for setups, events, or operational issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience with office launches, relocations, or large-scale buildouts.
- Background supporting distributed or hybrid-first teams.
- Familiarity with workplace tooling, AV systems, and modern office tech stacks.
