Job Title: French Transcription Expert (France)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and correct French transcriptions, ensuring accuracy and linguistic integrity for machine-generated outputs.
- Add comprehensive metadata tags and detailed annotations to transcripts to support advanced data use cases.
- Analyze audio content expertly, identifying nuances, dialects, and errors overlooked by automated tools.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to uphold quality standards and meet project goals efficiently.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear feedback and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all transcription and annotation activities.
- Adhere to project timelines, consistently delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in French (France) with exceptional comprehension and expression.
- Proven experience in transcription, including correcting and refining machine-generated outputs.
- Strong background in applying metadata tags and linguistic annotation.
- Keen attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in French and professional-level English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining alignment with the customer's team.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber.
- Understanding of language technologies and machine learning data workflows.
- Experience working in multicultural or remote, distributed teams.
