Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret project requirements to recommend and implement optimal facade systems.
- Develop precise 3D BIM models and detailed shop drawings that adhere to architectural and engineering parameters.
- Coordinate closely with structural engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless facade integration.
- Prepare and review submittals, ensuring compliance with quality and documentation standards in alignment with global workflows.
- Drive system selection and technical evaluations, contributing to the innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence of facade solutions.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards and manage submission deadlines at every project stage.
- Prioritize effective written communication to support our async work culture and collaborate with global teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of facade engineering principles, including structural, thermal, and acoustic requirements.
- Advanced competency in computational design and digital modeling/drafting software (BIM platforms).
- Superior design thinking and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding written communication skills, thriving in asynchronous collaboration environments.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, and adapt within multidisciplinary project settings.
- Eagerness to learn, embrace new technologies, and tackle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience through internships or projects in facade design or closely related fields.
