Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory movement, ensuring proper tracking and organization using warehouse management systems.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks to facilitate daily operations.
- Sort, pack, and prepare items for shipment following precise dispatch procedures.
- Monitor and update inventory records through mobile apps and digital platforms.
- Collaborate efficiently with remote team members, providing detailed written and verbal updates as required.
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards in order accuracy and packaging.
- Troubleshoot issues related to warehouse logistics or equipment and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory handling and warehouse operations.
- Ability to use basic warehouse equipment, including scanners and pallet jacks, with confidence.
- Intermediate proficiency in using mobile applications for inventory and logistics management.
- Strong understanding of sorting, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
- Attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with remote warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience working independently in a distributed team environment.
