Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and curate authentic financial documents that reflect real-world internal operations across Banking, Insurance, and Wealth Management sectors.
2. Develop and refine prompts, scenarios, and rubrics to effectively train and evaluate AI systems in financial contexts.
3. Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure training materials align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
4. Maintain meticulous records and clear documentation for all training assets and processes.
5. Assess AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry best practices.
6. Continuously update training materials based on feedback, market trends, and evolving industry standards.
7. Facilitate knowledge sharing and feedback sessions to promote best practices and quality improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
2. Proven hands-on experience within Financial Services—preferably in Insurance, Wealth Management, or Banking.
3. Demonstrated attention to detail in documenting and reviewing complex financial content.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; C2/native proficiency in English is essential.
5. Ability to create and organize documentation, prompts, and rubrics that support AI training objectives.
6. Strong understanding of industry compliance, regulatory requirements, and practical financial workflows.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience designing or refining AI/ML training datasets within the financial sector.
2. Familiarity with prompt engineering and rubric creation for advanced machine learning applications.
3. Background collaborating with cross-functional, remote-first teams.
