Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and annotate complex biological datasets to improve AI model training processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to ensure biological accuracy in project deliverables.
- Review, validate, and correct model outputs for scientific relevance and precision.
- Develop guidelines and best practices for handling diverse biological data types.
- Stay current with advancements in biology and relevant AI technologies to inform project strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to optimize data labeling workflows.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advance degree in Biology or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a biologist, with demonstrated expertise in biological data.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working with large and complex biological datasets.
- Ability to interpret and validate biological information within technical frameworks.
- Comfort with remote, cross-functional collaboration and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI training projects or data annotation workflows.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a biological science.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and computational biology concepts.
