Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preventive oral healthcare, delivering exceptional patient education, and supporting our dentists in providing the highest standards of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive oral prophylaxis, including scaling, polishing, and topical fluoride application.
  • Assist dentists during various dental treatments and procedures to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Capture and develop high-quality dental X-rays as requested by the dental team.
  • Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care for optimal dental health.
  • Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment in adherence to strict infection control protocols.
  • Accurately update and maintain detailed patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with safety regulations and best practices in infection prevention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting.
  • Valid and current professional license in Dental Hygiene.
  • Willingness to undergo the Kuwait Prometric Examination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to educate and reassure patients effectively.
  • Strong commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care.
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
  • Physically and mentally fit for overseas employment in Kuwait.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in GCC countries or international dental clinics.
  • Advanced certification in dental radiology or infection control.
  • Demonstrated passion for patient education and preventive dental care.
