Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Computer & Information Systems Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of information systems across a dynamic, technology-driven environment. In this strategic position, you will oversee systems initiatives, lead IT teams, and ensure that business processes are seamlessly supported by robust technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and manage end-to-end computer and information systems solutions in line with organizational objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  3. Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with evolving industry standards and regulations.
  4. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and actionable projects.
  5. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and vendors to enhance system capabilities.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for IT processes and disaster recovery.
  7. Ensure timely and effective communication across teams, providing updates and technical guidance as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven expertise in managing complex computer and information systems within medium to large-scale organizations.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity best practices.
  6. Experience developing IT strategies aligned with broader business goals.
  7. Solid background in IT governance, compliance, and risk management.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. Relevant industry certifications, such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL.
  3. Experience managing remote teams in a global or distributed environment.
