Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven solutions and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Create dynamic data visualizations, dashboards, and comprehensive reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analyses and hypothesis testing to validate findings and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across multiple systems and platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science tools, technologies, and best practices to foster innovation within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical results to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git or GitHub.
