Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, process, and analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
2. Design, develop, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven solutions and support evidence-based decision-making.
4. Create dynamic data visualizations, dashboards, and comprehensive reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Conduct rigorous statistical analyses and hypothesis testing to validate findings and support strategic initiatives.
6. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across multiple systems and platforms.
7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science tools, technologies, and best practices to foster innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
3. Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
4. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
5. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
6. Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques.
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical results to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
2. Knowledge of cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes.
3. Familiarity with version control systems like Git or GitHub.
