Job Summary
Join our customer's team as an Account Manager - AI trainer and bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and business excellence. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in relationship management and commercial strategy to train and refine AI models, directly shaping the digital landscape of Business, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive rubrics and training materials to enhance AI model performance and accuracy in business-critical scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and strategically address industry-specific challenges in AI training.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering insights and feedback to continuously refine AI outputs relevant to sales, finance, or marketing functions.
- Monitor model progress against established benchmarks, reporting on key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Drive strategic initiatives that advance the customer’s AI capabilities and market competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership or as an account manager.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with a focus on proactive communication and collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to clarity, tone, and detail.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable AI training solutions.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen, with experience supporting revenue growth or business transformation.
- Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, adept at managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world business challenges.
