Job Title: Oracle Functional HCM Consultant


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Hybrid – Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines


Job Summary:

Join our team as an Oracle Functional HCM Consultant and play a pivotal role in transforming HR processes for our clients. You’ll work with leading Oracle Fusion technologies, enabling organizations to optimize their Human Capital Management workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and design effective solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

• Configure and implement key modules, including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, and HR Help Desk.

• Lead and participate in troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of HCM systems.

• Provide subject matter expertise throughout project planning, execution, and delivery phases.

• Develop comprehensive functional design documents for conversions, interfaces, reports, extensions, and support technical deliverables.

• Oversee testing initiatives, including data validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring system accuracy and business alignment.

• Create user training materials and deliver engaging training sessions to end-users.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

• Successfully completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.

• Deep understanding of HCM business processes, best practices, and industry standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Proven ability to document requirements, design solutions, and lead functional testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.

• Experience in developing and delivering user training in a hybrid work environment.

• Familiarity with change management processes in HR technology implementations.
