Job Description

Job Title: Public Administrator


Job Type: Contractor


Location: Remote


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze public agency budget proposals, regional zoning reports, and emergency response schedules to provide domain-specific insights.
  2. Contribute your expert knowledge of government, administrative services, and urban/city planning to enhance data quality for AI model training.
  3. Evaluate compliance documentation and non-profit/government policies for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
  4. Collaborate with a global, remote team to ensure best practices in information handling and project delivery.
  5. Communicate findings and feedback through clear, detailed written and verbal reports.
  6. Support the ongoing improvement of project guidelines by providing expert recommendations.
  7. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with other subject matter experts across US, Canada, UK, and other regions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 5-10+ years of experience in public administration, government, non-profit, or related human service fields.
  2. Proven expertise as an Administrative Services Manager, Urban/City Planner, Government Official, or Compliance Officer.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English—an absolute must for this project.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and generating public sector documentation.
  5. Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  6. Experience managing or contributing to public agency budgets, compliance reviews, and policy implementation.
  7. Ability to dedicate at least 10+ hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Current or recent work with government agencies in the US, Canada, or UK.
  2. Experience with regional zoning, emergency management, or human services policy at an expert level.
  3. Background working with or advising non-profit organizations serving the public sector.
