Job Title: Law PhD/Master's - AI trainer

Pay: $180 per hour



Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Law PhD/Master's - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven legal technologies. You'll leverage your advanced legal expertise to train state-of-the-art AI models, ensuring they accurately reflect complex legal reasoning and analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to structure and refine legal data for AI model training.
  • Review, annotate, and curate legal documents and case law to develop comprehensive datasets.
  • Provide expert legal interpretations and ensure AI outputs reflect accurate legal reasoning.
  • Design and implement training protocols for AI models specific to legal content and applications.
  • Participate in iterative feedback loops to continuously enhance model performance and reliability.
  • Communicate complex legal concepts effectively to technical and non-technical team members.
  • Document training methodologies and maintain rigorous quality control throughout the AI training lifecycle.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Law
  • Located and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Deep knowledge of US legal systems, statutes, and case law.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and explain complex legal materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote team setting.
