Key Responsibilities

- Review, annotate, and curate legal documents and case law to develop comprehensive datasets.
- Provide expert legal interpretations and ensure AI outputs reflect accurate legal reasoning.
- Design and implement training protocols for AI models specific to legal content and applications.
- Participate in iterative feedback loops to continuously enhance model performance and reliability.
- Communicate complex legal concepts effectively to technical and non-technical team members.
- Document training methodologies and maintain rigorous quality control throughout the AI training lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Law
- Located and authorized to work in the United States.
- Deep knowledge of US legal systems, statutes, and case law.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and explain complex legal materials.
