Job Title: SAP MDM (Data Migration) Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

Join our team as a SAP MDM (Data Migration) Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in driving successful SAP S/4HANA implementations and data migration initiatives. As a key member of our dynamic environment, you will leverage your expertise in SAP MDM and data migration to deliver end-to-end solutions, collaborating with global teams and mentoring colleagues while ensuring seamless process integration and data quality.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of small to mid-size SAP data migration projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Participate in business workshops to gather requirements and propose optimized, industry best-practice processes.

• Conduct in-depth analysis, design, creation of Business Blueprints (BBP), and functional specifications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee testing strategies, including test plan preparation, script development, and hands-on testing of new functionalities or enhancements.

• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Drive discussions and build consensus with stakeholders across global locations through exceptional written and verbal communication.

• Perform root cause analysis and support the resolution of integration issues by collaborating with cross-module teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP implementation and support experience across various industries, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

• Proven expertise in SAP MDM, data migration methodologies, and hands-on work with SAP Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Finance data objects.

• Strong knowledge of SAP core modules, including SD, MM, and FI, with experience in Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI).

• Proficient in IDOC, BAPI, LSMW, LTMC, and LTMOM tools.

• Adept at configuring, interpreting, and implementing data mapping/transformation business rules in SAP BODS.

• Skilled in preparing and reconciling data load files, including source extraction, cleansing, transformation, and reporting.

• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a track record of effective delivery in dynamic, fast-paced settings.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ABAP and Information Steward.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori Apps and interface enhancements.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams while managing multiple project engagements.
