Job Title: Video QC Analyst

Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation Robotics systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive video quality control audits using a proprietary review interface.
- Analyze and assess domestic task recordings for fraud, low-effort behavior, and task-adherence issues.
- Identify and document behavioral patterns, ensuring accurate and thorough reporting.
- Deliver clear, concise written feedback and escalation notes to inform internal processes.
- Uphold strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Exercise strong judgment and make decisions when evaluating ambiguous or borderline cases.
- Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to ensure consistently high quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated experience following SOPs.
- Proven ability to recognize patterns and anomalies in long-form video content.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Background in video review, quality assurance (QA), fraud review, or trust & safety roles.
- Skilled at reviewing high volumes of content efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable exercising discretion and judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and escalation notes clearly in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with proprietary or custom review tools and interfaces.
- Familiarity with online marketplace, gig economy, or domestic services platforms.
- Track record of delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, remote environment.
