Your expertise in retail operations and merchandising will ensure that our AI tools truly understand the challenges and nuances of the consumer goods industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and curate authentic retail and consumer goods documents, including sales reports, product specs, and store operations manuals.
  • Design realistic queries and scenarios that mirror everyday retail workflows and customer interactions.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial impact, and alignment with retail best practices.
  • Deliver clear, actionable feedback to enhance AI training datasets and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI development team, sharing retail expertise to improve model performance.
  • Ensure all content meets high standards for detail, tone, and real-world relevance.
  • Stay current with emerging retail trends and share insights to keep AI models up to date.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, e-commerce, or supply chain management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and synthesize product or customer data.
  • High attention to detail when reviewing and editing content.
  • Proven experience translating complex workflows into clear, actionable processes.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in AI, data annotation, or training machine learning models for retail applications.
  • Experience with digital collaboration tools or remote-first teams.
  • Knowledge of global retail trends and omnichannel strategies.
