Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and annotate Hindi voice recordings using advanced linguistic and phonetic principles.
• Apply expert-level voice vocabulary to evaluate and categorize audio data for AI model training.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team to ensure high-quality and consistent data labeling.
• Provide detailed feedback on audio samples, highlighting linguistic nuances and regional variations.
• Document findings and contribute to process improvements in annotation guidelines.
• Maintain strict data integrity and confidentiality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively through written reports and virtual meetings with project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi, with a deep understanding of its dialects, syntax, and phonology.
• Demonstrated ability to use specialized terminology related to voice and speech analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with annotation tools and processes in linguistic or AI research projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills in remote settings.
• Commitment to maintaining high annotation accuracy and project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience training or refining AI models using linguistic data.
• Background in working with voice-based applications or speech recognition technologies.
