In this full-time, remote position, you will leverage your chemistry expertise to enhance and train AI models, ensuring precise and contextually accurate chemical knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to develop and refine chemistry-related AI models.
  • Analyze and curate chemistry datasets to enhance AI training quality and relevance.
  • Assess AI-generated content for scientific accuracy and clarity, providing structured feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement training protocols for AI systems based on real-world chemistry applications.
  • Document key findings and processes to inform ongoing AI model development.
  • Communicate technical concepts and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on advancements in chemistry and AI fields to integrate cutting-edge knowledge into training strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in chemistry concepts, terminology, and laboratory practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
  • Experience working collaboratively in team-based environments, ideally remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:
