Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI development teams to infuse psychological principles into training data and model evaluation processes.

- Develop and curate learning materials that support AI models in understanding self-regulation, coping mechanisms, and motivational strategies.
- Provide expert input on addiction treatment protocols and best practices for digital wellness initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital or behaviour addiction treatment methodologies and practical interventions.
- Strong foundation in self-regulation, coping skills, psychoeducation, and motivation building techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
- Experience applying psychological theory to interdisciplinary projects or technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional remote teams.
- Keen attention to ethical considerations in digital mental health tools.
