The Role
Join our team as the first dedicated SDR and own the outbound pipeline for one of the most innovative AI products in the enterprise space. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to partner directly with enterprise sales leaders, work on high-impact Fortune 500 and AI-native startup deals, and rapidly accelerate your career in enterprise AI sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling targeting a curated list of F500 companies and AI-native startups.
- Conduct account research to support personalized outreach to senior AI and engineering leaders.
- Book and coordinate discovery calls, ensuring smooth handoff to Enterprise Cortex Partners (ECPs).
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, content, and event-driven initiatives.
- Use modern AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and learn best-in-class outbound strategies.
- Maintain organized CRM records and track activity, conversion rates, and key learnings.
- Participate in live deals, gaining exposure to ECPs, leadership, and domain experts from day one.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate (2024–2026) with strong academic performance or equivalent practical achievements.
- Strong interest in enterprise technology and AI (through coursework, projects, internships, or self-learning).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize messaging.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning new tools (e.g., CRM platforms, outreach tools).
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity and a bias for action.
Preferred
- Exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships, projects, campus orgs, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar systems.
- Interest or involvement in the AI or enterprise tech ecosystem (clubs, hackathons, content, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with peers, mentors, or stakeholders in academic or extracurricular settings.
Compensation & Benefits Notice
The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $60,000 –$80,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
