Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with AI development teams to train and validate AI models using real-world travel scenarios

- Provide expert feedback on reservation systems, booking software, and ticketing processes to optimize AI accuracy

- Test and review AI-generated itineraries and fare calculations for reliability and compliance

- Ensure AI solutions adhere to travel documentation standards and regulatory requirements

- Evaluate and refine AI handling of itinerary management, customer preferences, and booking changes

- Document findings and communicate improvement strategies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Contribute travel insights to foster the AI’s ability to deliver exceptional customer service


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience with reservation systems, booking software, and ticketing platforms

- Strong command of fare calculation, ticketing procedures, and travel documentation requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in handling customer information and sensitive data with discretion

- In-depth understanding of travel regulations and compliance protocols

- Track record of managing complex itineraries and responding effectively to booking changes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of professionalism and empathy

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in training or onboarding staff in the travel or technology sectors

- Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, or digital transformation initiatives
