In this fully remote position, you will leverage your expertise to both solve and contextualize biology textbook problems, empowering cutting-edge AI systems to emulate expert biological reasoning. Key Responsibilities


  • Solve and thoroughly document exercises spanning molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, cell biology, and related domains.
  • Deliver clear, step-by-step explanations with a strong focus on scientific accuracy, supporting the development and refinement of AI training models.
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated biology solutions to ensure educational value and depth.
  • Collaborate closely with reviewers and project managers to maintain scientific rigor and consistency across deliverables.
  • Uphold precision in terminology, methods, and complex biological concepts in all content produced.
  • Stay informed on the latest in biological education and integrate relevant developments into ongoing training tasks.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • MSc. or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a closely related field.
  • Proven ability to solve and articulate complex biological problems with clarity and depth.
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or research within the biological sciences.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to clear educational delivery.
  • Dedication of approximately 15–20 hours per week to project work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to scientific precision in all outputs.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with academic publishing, solution manual creation, or biology curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or structured educational content creation.
  • Prior experience in reviewing or editing academic materials in biological sciences.
