Job Summary:

Join our team as an Asistente Gerencia and play a pivotal role in elevating the productivity and efficiency of our Director Ejecutivo. You will be the executive’s right hand, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple projects, brands, and teams, while managing critical administrative, operational, and personal tasks. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact outcomes and influence strategic progress within an innovative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and maintain the executive agenda, organizing meetings, events, trips, and key appointments.
  2. Draft meeting minutes, prepare executive documents, and ensure follow-up on agreements to keep all initiatives on track.
  3. Manage email correspondence, prioritize communications, and serve as an essential information filter for executive decisions.
  4. Support ongoing projects by tracking tasks, setting reminders, updating dashboards, and assisting with documentation across diverse corporate areas (finanzas, Odoo, marketing, producción, inversiones, operaciones).
  5. Oversee personal tasks for the Director, such as reminders, reservations, and basic administrative errands to optimize daily efficiency.
  6. Be the liaison with key teams (marketing, finanzas, talento, proveedores), ensuring professional and effective communication in all interactions.
  7. Deliver high-quality, timely presentations, reports, and other executive materials, maintaining impeccable standards in all deliverables.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. University degree in Administration, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting CEOs or Directors.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and intermediate Excel/Sheets proficiency.
  4. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional correspondence with flawless spelling and grammar.
  6. Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and the highest levels of discretion in handling sensitive information.
  7. Strong emotional intelligence, proactive initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Intermediate English proficiency.
  2. Experience working with multiple brands, projects, or entrepreneurial environments.
  3. Training in productivity, project management, or digital tools.
