Key Responsibilities

3. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and provide insights on financial variances.
4. Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and manage audit processes.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial performance and drive strategic improvements.
6. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring efficient payment and collection cycles.
7. Deliver actionable financial analysis and support for business planning and decision-making initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
3. In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
5. Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
6. Strong written communication skills and ability to thrive in an asynchronous work culture.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional certification such as CPA or CMA.
