Job Summary:
Join our customer’s team as a Writer/Editor – AI Trainer, playing a pivotal role in advancing next-generation artificial intelligence through precise transcription and expert language analysis. You will leverage your linguistic expertise and critical thinking skills to ensure our AI systems understand and process language at the highest level of accuracy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI communication while working in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe a variety of audio and video files with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Edit and refine transcriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and linguistic quality.
- Analyze language data and provide insightful feedback to enhance AI language models.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain high standards in transcription and annotation.
- Identify and resolve ambiguities in complex language scenarios encountered within the data.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, methodologies, and project progress.
- Support ongoing training and quality assurance initiatives for AI language systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Linguistics, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with a strong command of grammar and style.
- Demonstrated experience as a writer and/or editor, showcasing superior analytical and linguistic abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
- Ability to transcribe complex audio and video content with speed and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving linguistic challenges.
- Proactive communicator with excellent collaboration and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Transcription background or prior experience working with transcription projects.
