Key Responsibilities


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information or solutions, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Document conversations and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and drive continuous improvement in support processes.
  • Monitor and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and proactively recommend service enhancements.
  • Uphold our team’s high standards for quality and professionalism in every customer interaction.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear and caring customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or chat support role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.
  • Proficient in navigating chat support platforms, CRM systems, and office productivity tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to delivering solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with knowledge base management and help desk software.
  • Spanish or other language proficiency is a plus.
