Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust rubrics for training forensic psychology AI models.
- Apply forensic psychological expertise to evaluate and enhance AI-generated content.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure training material reflects current best practices and ethical standards.
- Provide clear, detailed written and verbal feedback on model performance and rubric effectiveness.
- Identify and address potential biases in training data and AI model outputs.
- Document and communicate psychological concepts to technical and non-technical team members.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in forensic psychology and AI to inform training strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s, Ph.D., or Psy.D in psychology.
- Demonstrated experience working in forensic psychology or a closely related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in articulating complex psychological concepts for diverse audiences.
