Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement robust rubrics for training forensic psychology AI models.
2. Apply forensic psychological expertise to evaluate and enhance AI-generated content.
3. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure training material reflects current best practices and ethical standards.
4. Provide clear, detailed written and verbal feedback on model performance and rubric effectiveness.
5. Identify and address potential biases in training data and AI model outputs.
6. Document and communicate psychological concepts to technical and non-technical team members.
7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in forensic psychology and AI to inform training strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Master’s, Ph.D., or Psy.D in psychology.
2. Demonstrated experience working in forensic psychology or a closely related field.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
4. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
5. Proficiency in articulating complex psychological concepts for diverse audiences.
6. Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
