Join our customer's team as a Farm Labor Contractors - Ai training professional and play a pivotal role in modernizing agricultural labor through advanced AI solutions. You will collaborate with agri-tech experts to optimize farm labor contracting practices and directly impact the efficiency, sustainability, and performance of farm operations. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver AI training modules tailored for farm labor contractors and agricultural teams.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify key labor processes that can be enhanced through AI technologies.
- Analyze current farm labor workflows and recommend AI-driven improvements to foster operational excellence.
- Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions and provide ongoing support to farm labor contractors using AI tools.
- Monitor the adoption and success of AI training programs and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Create clear, concise documentation and training materials to empower end-users in their daily tasks.
- Serve as a bridge between AI developers and farm labor teams to ensure technology meets practical needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in agricultural operations or farm labor contracting, with a strong interest in technology integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-driven systems, digital training tools, or e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to assess needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to remote collaboration and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging training content for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in digital transformation or process improvement within the agriculture sector.
- Familiarity with multi-lingual training or diverse cultural settings in farm labor environments.
