  5. Document potential risks and assess the reliability of data sources in structured, professional language for decision-maker use.
  6. Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues, ensuring timely and clear written and verbal communication throughout project phases.
  7. Maintain rigorous documentation discipline, supporting smooth hand-offs and ongoing knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  2. Demonstrated expertise in valuation methodologies, particularly DCF and comparable company analysis, with a strong grasp of underlying modeling logic.
  3. Exceptional proficiency in extracting and organizing financial data into actionable outputs.
  4. Advanced PowerPoint skills, with an ability to produce clear, well-structured presentations for executive audiences.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and audience needs.
  6. Strong judgment in handling incomplete or ambiguous information, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  7. Commitment to thorough documentation and high standards of data integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  2. Familiarity with creating deliverables for corporate development or M&A teams.
  3. Prior experience in a remote, cross-border analytical environment.
