Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Oracle Fusion Technical Lead – Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead technical initiatives across Oracle Fusion Applications, focusing on seamless integrations, robust data conversions, and insightful analytics and reporting. Your leadership and technical expertise will be critical in ensuring the success of our Oracle Fusion projects and in enhancing our overall technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Lead and mentor technical developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Drive data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion using tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
• Develop custom reports and interactive dashboards utilizing Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View to deliver actionable business insights.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Document technical designs, integration workflows, and data mappings; provide clear user and support documentation.
• Continuously identify and implement enhancements across integrations, data processes, and reporting solutions, staying at the forefront of Oracle Fusion advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of technical development experience within Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a technical lead in Oracle Fusion projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in integration development, data conversion, analytics, and report building within Oracle Fusion modules, with proficiency in at least three areas.
• Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and data migration tools such as FBDI and ADFDI.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and reporting tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling productive collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle certifications relevant to Oracle Fusion Application development.
• Experience leading technical teams in a hybrid work environment.
• Proven ability to stay updated with and integrate the latest Oracle Fusion technologies.
