We are on the hunt for a Sales Operations AI Trainer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and process optimization. You will play a critical role in training AI models, enhancing efficiency, and supporting our growth initiatives in a dynamic remote setting. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering the flexibility to match your schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Train AI models to optimize sales operations and processes.
  • Utilize CRM systems to streamline sales workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance team enablement and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and refine sales processes for continuous improvement.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for AI training processes.
  • Monitor and report on AI model performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our practices are at the forefront of innovation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and sales workflow enhancement.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and team enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:
