Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored training sessions on Salesforce and CRM engineering for AI applications.

• Develop and refine AI prompting tasks and exercises to enhance learner engagement and mastery.

• Create high-quality instructional materials, documentation, and assessments.

• Evaluate learner progress and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with the customer's team to align training objectives with project goals.

• Stay updated on emerging Salesforce and CRM technologies, integrating best practices into the curriculum.

• Foster an inclusive and interactive learning environment through excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in Salesforce and CRM engineering.

• Strong expertise in AI prompting and automation within CRM environments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a deep care for clarity and engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver technical training sessions remotely.

• Proven experience creating structured learning materials and assessments.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator).

• Previous experience as a technical trainer or educator in CRM/AI domains.

• Familiarity with innovative AI-powered CRM tools and integration techniques.
