Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Doctor, specialized or generalis, to join our customer's innovative team. This part-time remote position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to AI training by providing your expertise in the medical field. You will deliver exceptional care while engaging in cutting-edge medical advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze patient and operational data to refine AI models that enhance healthcare outcomes.
- Curate, preprocess, and annotate datasets tailored to healthcare applications.
- Train and fine-tune machine learning models using state-of-the-art tools and techniques in a clinical setting.
- Provide iterative feedback on model outputs for improved accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and healthcare professionals, to define and achieve training objectives.
- Monitor AI model performance and suggest improvements based on user or system feedback.
- Ensure data security and ethical compliance in all training processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in diagnostic analysis and clinical terminology.
- Solid understanding of medical and physiological concepts.
- Familiarity with healthcare protocols and regulations.
- A medical degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with machine learning tools and data annotation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Commitment to a minimum of ~15 hours per week and an average of 50 hours per month for AI training participation.

This takes ~35 min and will assess your Medical Knowledge and a brief exercise of Data annotation/Attention to detail skills in a fair and structured way. Prior data annotation/labeling or adjacent skills are not required for this role, just your medical expertise and judgment.
2) Our recruitment team will reach out to invite you to take a ~15-minute questionnaire to learn about your insights into Medicine.
