Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Gameplay Data Capture Expert and help shape the future of AAA game experiences. You will play, record, and process gameplay data using our proprietary capture tools to support cutting-edge gaming analytics and development. We seek passionate gamers with technical expertise and strong communication skills ready to collaborate and deliver high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Play a range of top-tier AAA games to systematically capture gameplay data using in-house tools.
2. Record, organize, and annotate game sessions with keen attention to accuracy and detail.
3. Collaborate closely with fellow experts and team leads, providing clear feedback and updates.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to recording and data capture workflows.
5. Ensure all data files are securely stored, cataloged, and transferred according to project guidelines.
6. Maintain regular, timely communication in both written and verbal formats with the customer's remote team.
7. Meet project deadlines, maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven passion and experience with AAA games, with access to the specific titles required for the project.
2. Strong gameplay proficiency and ability to follow capture instructions precisely.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication—clear, prompt, and detail-oriented.
4. Well-equipped computer capable of running and recording high-end AAA games without performance issues.
5. Experience using gameplay recording or data capture tools (industry or proprietary experience is a plus).
6. Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable in a remote work environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced or changing scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience in gameplay QA, playtesting, or data capture roles.
2. Familiarity with video editing or data annotation tools.
3. Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
