In this unique remote opportunity, your expertise will contribute to training advanced AI models to understand and replicate the complexities of farm labor contracting. If you have a passion for effective communication and a drive to enhance technology in agriculture, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, hire, and onboard seasonal or temporary agricultural laborers, ensuring workforce efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
  2. Coordinate logistics, including worker transportation, housing, and meal arrangements to support daily operations.
  3. Provide on-the-ground supervision and leadership, fostering a safe, productive, and respectful work environment.
  4. Monitor operations for compliance with legal, safety, and ethical regulations, addressing issues proactively.
  5. Document processes, challenges, and real-life scenarios in clear written and verbal form to train AI models.
  6. Identify and solve workforce-related problems, escalating issues when necessary to maintain smooth operations.
  7. Collaborate with project teams to review AI model outputs and offer expert feedback for continuous improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in farm labor contracting, workforce recruitment, and agricultural operations management.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex processes clearly.
  3. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, worker welfare standards, and safety regulations in agriculture.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive leadership within dynamic operational settings.
  5. Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics and manage large teams remotely.
  6. Attention to detail with accurate documentation and reporting capabilities.
  7. Comfort with technology and willingness to participate in AI model training projects.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience providing transportation, housing, and meals for agricultural laborers.
  2. Background in contributing to technology, AI projects, or process documentation in an agricultural context.
  3. Bilingual or multilingual skills to support diverse worker populations.
