Job Title: Treasury & Cash Management - AI Trainer

Job Type: Contract (Full-time or Part-time)

Location: Remote (US Based)

Pay: $180 per hour


Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Treasury & Cash Management - AI Trainer, leveraging your advanced financial expertise to shape next-generation AI solutions. You will play a vital role in training AI models that understand and interpret treasury, liquidity planning, and working capital management. This is a unique opportunity to influence cutting-edge technology at the intersection of finance and artificial intelligence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality training datasets and materials focused on treasury and cash management functions.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to annotate, review, and refine financial data for model training.
  • Translate complex treasury processes—including liquidity planning, debt management, and working capital optimization—into actionable AI training insights.
  • Evaluate model outputs and provide expert feedback to ensure financial accuracy and reliability.
  • Advise on evolving best practices for integrating financial knowledge into AI systems.
  • Document methodologies and contribute to knowledge sharing across the customer's team.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through both written reports and virtual presentations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Finance
  • Based in the United States.
  • Deep expertise in treasury and cash management, including liquidity planning, debt management, and working capital strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience with large datasets and/or AI-driven projects in the financial sector.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience training or working with AI/ML models within financial domains.
  • Familiarity with financial software, data annotation tools, or model validation processes.
  • Demonstrated passion for advancing AI in the finance industry.
