Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished professional specializing in Employment & Labor Law to join our customer’s team as an AI Trainer. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your legal expertise and passion for clear communication to train next-generation AI models in legal reasoning, analysis, and application. Collaborate with a dynamic remote team to shape the future of AI in the legal domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review legal training data focused on employment and labor law for AI models.
- Assess, annotate, and refine AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance with US employment and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define legal knowledge requirements and optimize AI learning processes.
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, concise language to enhance model understanding and responses.
- Continuously evaluate AI performance and provide actionable feedback to improve legal content quality.
- Monitor legal developments in employment and labor law to ensure up-to-date training material.
- Contribute to the development of ethical AI practices within the legal framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated expertise in US Employment & Labor Law, with substantial practical and/or academic experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate legal doctrine for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to evaluate legal arguments and content accuracy.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high standards of legal integrity.
- Experience in legal research, drafting, or teaching within employment or labor law contexts.
- Must be based in the United States.
