Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using JAVA, Rust, GoLang, and Kotlin.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.
3. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to elevate coding standards and best practices.
4. Write clear technical documentation and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to architectural decisions.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms and languages.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven expertise in JAVA, Rust, GoLang, and Kotlin with a strong portfolio of implemented projects.
2. Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
4. Experience working in remote teams and independently managing tasks and priorities.
5. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, design patterns, and best practices.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
7. Familiarity with collaborative development tools, version control systems, and Agile methodologies.
