Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Hindi Language Expert AI Trainer and help shape the next generation of Generative AI. Work remotely in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment, where your linguistic and cultural expertise will help train state-of-the-art AI models, making technology more inclusive and capable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft ideal and contextually accurate responses to AI prompts, spanning factual information, storytelling, and humor.
• Assess both human and AI-generated content for accuracy, cultural nuance, style, and safety considerations.
• Participate in constructive peer review sessions, providing feedback to your fellow contributors.
• Create culturally relevant content challenges, such as idiomatic puzzles or simulated conversations, to evaluate AI performance.
• Provide deep cultural insights to enhance the AI’s understanding of humor, idioms, and regional specificity.
• Develop ethically grounded and culturally sensitive scenarios for robust model testing.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in data annotation processes and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native fluency in Hindi, with exceptional writing proficiency. Or alternatively, in Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, and Bengali.
• Keen understanding of genre, style, tone, and the cultural context essential to language work.
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, translation, editing, or a related field is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to complete rigorous language-specific writing assignments or assessments.
• Proficiency in data annotation, text labeling, and attention to linguistic detail.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
• Passion for language, culture, and the advancement of AI technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI or Generative AI tools.
• Academic background in linguistics, language education, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to collaborate in remote, diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive culture.
