Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and refine AI-based curricula for educational settings.
  2. Develop engaging instructional materials and resources aligned with current educational standards.
  3. Conduct academic assessments and analyze data to inform continuous curriculum improvement.
  4. Deliver training sessions and workshops to educators on digital learning platforms and AI integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject area.
  2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an educator.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum planning, instructional design, and academic assessments.
  4. Exceptional analytical rigor with an ability to evaluate curriculum efficacy and learning outcomes.
  5. Strong command of digital learning platforms and educational technology tools.
  6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine care for clarity and impact.
  7. Proficiency in designing inclusive, engaging, and adaptive educational materials.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, EdD) or PGCE in primary or secondary education.
  2. Experience leading professional development for educators or facilitating technology adoption.
  3. Background in leveraging AI tools within educational settings to enhance learning outcomes.
