Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Financials Assistant Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financial modules. You will drive the delivery of best-in-class solutions by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud, collaborating with business stakeholders, and guiding a team of functional consultants. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub Cloud.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure the successful end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Facilitate business requirement analysis sessions, translating needs into optimal Oracle solutions and best practices.
- Provide ongoing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a team of talented functional consultants.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, including fit-gap analyses, configuration artifacts, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Independently design process solutions in direct client-facing settings, adding strategic value to our engagements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues related to Oracle Financials and integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
- Demonstrated leadership in at least three end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
- Expertise in designing integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora, Bank, RevPro).
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles within large-scale transformation projects.
- Relevant Oracle certifications.
