Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Financials Assistant Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financial modules. You will drive the delivery of best-in-class solutions by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud, collaborating with business stakeholders, and guiding a team of functional consultants. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub Cloud.
  2. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure the successful end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials.
  3. Facilitate business requirement analysis sessions, translating needs into optimal Oracle solutions and best practices.
  4. Provide ongoing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a team of talented functional consultants.
  5. Ensure comprehensive documentation, including fit-gap analyses, configuration artifacts, test scripts, and user training materials.
  6. Independently design process solutions in direct client-facing settings, adding strategic value to our engagements.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues related to Oracle Financials and integrations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 8-10 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  3. Demonstrated leadership in at least three end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
  4. Expertise in designing integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora, Bank, RevPro).
  5. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience in client-facing consulting roles within large-scale transformation projects.
  3. Relevant Oracle certifications.
