Join our customer's team as a Sr Software Engineer, where you will leverage your expertise in JavaScript, JAVA, and Python to architect and deliver robust solutions for complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using JavaScript, JAVA, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality.
- Participate actively in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, JAVA, and Python programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting and deploying scalable software systems.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
- Proven track record of working productively in remote teams and distributed environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience mentoring and guiding software engineering teams.
- Background in cloud-based architectures or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
