Job Summary

Join our team as Chief Nursing Services Manager and lead the transformation of nursing services across multiple primary care clinics. You will provide visionary leadership, ensure clinical excellence, and champion patient safety while developing future-ready nursing professionals. This role is ideal for a dynamic nurse leader passionate about operational excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on patient care outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide centralized leadership and direction to Nurse Supervisors and the nursing workforce deployed across all primary care clinics.

• Develop, implement, and enforce nursing clinical care standards aligned with the latest national and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with clinic managers, cluster heads, and the Medical Director to ensure streamlined, uniform nursing service delivery.

• Lead initiatives on patient safety, infection control, incident reporting, and quality assurance across all sites.

• Oversee workforce planning, staffing audits, duty scheduling, and productivity management for nursing staff.

• Track clinical nursing KPIs, drive patient satisfaction, and spearhead RCA reviews for sentinel events.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive training and professional development programs, ensuring upskilling and credentialing of all nursing staff.


Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; must be a licensed and registered nurse in the Philippines.

• Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.

• Demonstrated expertise in nursing operations, governance, protocol development, and staff supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical and compassionate approach.

• Advanced organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multisite operations.

• Deep commitment to patient safety, ethical care delivery, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and support multidisciplinary teams.


Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in HMO, ambulatory, or large-scale outpatient care operations.

• Exposure to developing and implementing clinical decision trees or care pathways.
