You will leverage your expertise in visual arts and analog techniques to curate, design, and deliver compelling training content supporting AI learning and creativity. Key Responsibilities

• Curate and develop high-quality visual arts content for AI training modules.
• Apply deep knowledge of art and design principles to guide and refine data sets for creative AI applications.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and content creators to ensure the artistic accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Provide thoughtful feedback to improve AI models' understanding of analog and digital art forms.
• Document insights and best practices from analog arts that can enhance AI comprehension.
• Participate in regular team meetings, offering creative solutions and diverse perspectives.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with team members through well-crafted written and verbal updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with visual arts curation, art, and design.
• Strong understanding of the history of visual arts across various movements and media.
• Hands-on experience with analog arts, such as painting, drawing, printmaking, or sculpture.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility for clear articulation.
• Ability to distill complex artistic concepts into actionable insights for technical teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
• BA in art or a closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited institution in the EU or US.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional teams bridging art and technology.
• Background in education or arts instruction.
