Key Responsibilities
- Curate and develop high-quality visual arts content for AI training modules.
- Apply deep knowledge of art and design principles to guide and refine data sets for creative AI applications.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and content creators to ensure the artistic accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Provide thoughtful feedback to improve AI models' understanding of analog and digital art forms.
- Document insights and best practices from analog arts that can enhance AI comprehension.
- Participate in regular team meetings, offering creative solutions and diverse perspectives.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members through well-crafted written and verbal updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience with visual arts curation, art, and design.
- Strong understanding of the history of visual arts across various movements and media.
- Hands-on experience with analog arts, such as painting, drawing, printmaking, or sculpture.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility for clear articulation.
- Ability to distill complex artistic concepts into actionable insights for technical teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
- BA in art or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited institution in the EU or US.
- Experience collaborating on cross-functional teams bridging art and technology.
- Background in education or arts instruction.
