Leverage your deep finance expertise to design rigorous evaluation criteria, author benchmark solutions, and critically assess AI outputs—driving excellence and innovation in AI-assisted finance. Collaborate with leading engineers and machine learning researchers in a dynamic, mission-driven remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive, multi-criteria rubrics to assess AI-generated solutions to complex, multi-step finance problems across diverse domains such as corporate finance, financial markets, risk management, investment analysis, and accounting.
• Author gold-standard answers and model reasoning pathways for a broad range of financial scenarios, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Review and critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, valid assumptions, and contextually appropriate methodologies.
• Deliver clear, actionable written and verbal feedback to annotators and model developers to address issues like hallucination, unwarranted leaps in logic, or misuse of financial models.
• Collaborate with data engineers and machine learning researchers to optimize annotation workflows and contribute to defining robust data specifications for model evaluation.
• Support the design of finance-specific datasets, shape validation protocols, and contribute to meticulous documentation for reproducibility and sustained data quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven expertise across multiple finance domains such as corporate finance, capital markets, valuation, and quantitative analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and constructively.
• Experience critically evaluating technical content for logical structure, accuracy, and adherence to financial best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and contributing to workflow or dataset design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in training, education, or technical content review for AI, finance, or related domains.
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows, annotation processes, or financial technology applications.
• Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams.
