Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to train and develop AI models using psychiatric and psychotherapeutic expertise.
- Review, annotate, and provide structured feedback on clinical scenarios, dialogues, and assessment data for AI model enhancement.
- Apply knowledge of psychotherapeutic models such as CBT and DBT in creating and refining AI-generated clinical content.
- Ensure the clinical accuracy and appropriateness of treatment planning generated by AI systems.
- Develop high-quality written and verbal documentation to convey clinical insights and suggestions for AI model improvements.
- Participate in iterative testing and quality assurance of AI model outputs, identifying areas for refinement.
- Contribute to the integration of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy perspectives within AI-powered mental health tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (MD or DO) in psychiatry or medicine with psychiatric specialization.
- Deep familiarity with psychotherapeutic frameworks such as CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities.
- Expertise in integrated treatment planning and structured clinical assessment.
- Strong foundation in psychopharmacology and its application within psychiatric care.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex psychiatric concepts for multidisciplinary teams.
