Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide subject-matter expertise in PTSD assessment and treatment.
- Review, evaluate, and annotate clinical data for AI model training and validation.
- Develop and refine guidelines for accurate, ethical data annotation in psychiatry and trauma contexts.
- Contribute to the creation of clinical scenarios, prompts, and evaluation benchmarks for AI models.
- Identify gaps in AI capabilities and propose enhancements rooted in psychiatric best practices.
- Engage in continuous feedback loops, offering verbal and written insights to optimize AI outputs.
- Champion responsible AI use, ensuring patient safety and privacy remain paramount throughout development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Board-certified psychiatrist or eligible.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating PTSD
- Deep understanding of evidence-based PTSD treatment modalities and psychiatric protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
