Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AI development teams to provide subject-matter expertise in PTSD assessment and treatment.
  • Review, evaluate, and annotate clinical data for AI model training and validation.
  • Develop and refine guidelines for accurate, ethical data annotation in psychiatry and trauma contexts.
  • Contribute to the creation of clinical scenarios, prompts, and evaluation benchmarks for AI models.
  • Identify gaps in AI capabilities and propose enhancements rooted in psychiatric best practices.
  • Engage in continuous feedback loops, offering verbal and written insights to optimize AI outputs.
  • Champion responsible AI use, ensuring patient safety and privacy remain paramount throughout development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Board-certified psychiatrist or eligible.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating PTSD
  • Deep understanding of evidence-based PTSD treatment modalities and psychiatric protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to ethical standards and patient-centered care.
