Job Title: Swiss German Audio transcription Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transcribe Swiss German audio recordings with a strong focus on complex and domain-specific content.
  2. Utilize AI-powered transcription tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with team members to resolve linguistic ambiguities and maintain linguistic consistency.
  4. Proofread and edit transcripts, ensuring correct grammar, context, and terminology usage.
  5. Safeguard data confidentiality and adhere to strict data handling protocols.
  6. Communicate findings and challenges effectively within a multilingual team environment.
  7. Organize and manage audio files and transcription data for streamlined workflows.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native or fluent proficiency in Swiss German, with strong comprehension skills.
  2. Demonstrated experience in audio transcription, especially with complex spoken content.
  3. Familiarity with AI transcription tools and speech data processing techniques.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in transcription and proofreading.
  5. Ability to uphold data confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  7. Collaborative approach with excellent multilingual communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience with multilingual or AI training transcription projects.
